Plant Manager

If you're ready to lead a team toward world‑class operational excellence, apply today!The Plant Manager will be responsible for:* Ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient plant operation while meeting production and quality goals* Leading and developing both direct and indirect reports across production, engineering, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and EHS* Overseeing day‑to‑day activities and coordinating all operational functions within the facility* Driving strategic initiatives, Lean manufacturing efforts, and continuous improvement to reduce costs and enhance performance* Identifying process improvements, solving complex operational issues, and implementing standardized procedures* Full‑time, on‑site position with some travel requiredThe Plant Manager should have the following qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; MBA preferred * 7-10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including 5-7 years as a Plant Manager * Experience leading teams of 100+ employees * Experience in air filtration, industrial equipment, engineered products, or similar manufacturing environments preferred * Turnaround and continuous improvement experience preferred * Strong background in safety, quality, and environmental compliance
