Summary:

**Required Experience and Qualifications:** - 1 year CV ICU experience - Minimum of 2 years ICU experience - Not accepting first-time travelers - Must have BCLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications - Ventilation, IV start, Tele, and Conscious Sedation skills **Preferred Experience and Qualifications:** - Cardiac Skill Set including Swans-hemodynamic interpretation, IABP, Impella, ECMO, Vasoactive drips, and CRRT - Past EPIC charting experience - Chemo, CCRN, ONS, TNCC, CPI certifications - Triage, ICP, PA lines, Level 1 Trauma Experience **Licensure:** - MO: Can submit without a license; must have MO or compact license at time of employment - IL: License required at time of submission - Compact license: Must match permanent residence **Other Requirements:** - Must meet travel experience requirements - Expected to float to inpatient floors and non-critical care units as needed - No local candidates accepted within a 75-mile radius unless Patient Care Technicians, Certified Nurse Assistants, or Medical Assistants - Permanent employees must adhere to a tenure policy with a 3-month break after 18 months of service **Facility and Staffing Specifics:** - Patient Ratios: ICU 2:1; non-ICU no more than 1:3 - Required to float within service line and may be utilized as a patient sitter if needed - Weekend and holiday scheduling as required **Special Notes:** - Compliance and certifications must be up to date as per facility requirements - Must complete mandatory modules and labs within specified deadlines
