What You’ll Do Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals Support residents with mobility and other individual care needs Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report changes or concerns Engage residents in activities and everyday moments that encourage connection and independence Work closely with your team to provide personalized, compassionate care Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment Treat every resident with dignity, patience, and respect What Makes You a Great Fit You have a positive attitude and genuinely enjoy helping others You’re dependable, compassionate, and patient You enjoy building relationships and getting to know the people you care for You’re a team player who communicates well and is willing to jump in when needed Previous caregiving or senior living experience is helpful, but not required.
