Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a dynamic retail location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access points as needed. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour Job Schedule Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thu: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sun: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, and document details according to site guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, entrances, exits, sales floors, and perimeter areas, to help deter unwanted activity. Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel. Support loss prevention and crowd management efforts during busy periods, special events, and/or peak shopping hours while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
