Essential Functions:
- Properly and professionally take guest's orders, with suggestive selling
- Maintain a working knowledge of the POS system
- Expedite food when required
- Follow the steps of service
- Fully knowledgeable of all cooking techniques and products offered at the Kling House
- Clear, clean, and reset tables
- Maintain a clean and pressed uniform as dictated by management
- Provide and maintain a daily "server bank"
- Settle guest checks
- Side work and cleaning.
- Assist guests needing directions to Village Shops and local attractions
- Must be available to work Saturdays and holidays as needed
- Adhere to the restaurant's sanitation and safety standards
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned
