Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Outbound Sales Specialist at SEO Stack. The Outbound Sales Specialist will identify and contact prospective customers, conduct discovery calls, and present SEO Stack’s value proposition through demos and consultations. Daily activities include managing outbound outreach via email, phone, and social channels, qualifying leads, and moving opportunities through the sales pipeline. The role involves closely collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, share customer feedback, and optimize campaigns. The specialist will maintain accurate CRM records, prepare sales forecasts, and consistently follow up to convert prospects into long-term customers while representing SEO Stack in a professional and consultative manner.\n
Qualifications

• Strong outbound sales and sales pipeline management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

• Experience in lead generation and prospecting, including researching and qualifying potential customers.

• Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.

• Customer service skills focused on building trust, understanding user needs, and providing solution-oriented support.

• Familiarity with SaaS, martech, or SEO tools, and comfort discussing technical concepts with non-technical audiences.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple opportunities.

• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic sales analytics to track activities, performance, and outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
