Contract Respiratory Therapist (RT) – Wyandotte, MI Location: Wyandotte, Michigan Schedule: Contract | PRN Shifts Also Available Experience Required: 2+ Years Credentials: Active CRT, RRT, or State License About the Opportunity A respected healthcare facility in Wyandotte, MI is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a contract assignment, with additional PRN opportunities available. Responsibilities Perform respiratory assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, chest physiotherapy, and ventilator management Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans based on clinical response Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Safely operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions and therapies Required Qualifications 2+ years of recent Respiratory Therapy experience Active Respiratory Therapist Certification and/or License (CRT or RRT) Strong knowledge of respiratory care protocols and ventilator management Excellent communication, critical‑thinking, and patient‑care skills Preferred Qualifications Acute care, critical care, or emergency department experience Experience with EMR systems Contract Details Competitive hourly compensation Contract and PRN scheduling options Opportunity to support a respected healthcare organization in the Wyandotte region #J-18808-Ljbffr
