Role Summary A Staff Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care, accurately dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients on healthcare needs, administering immunizations, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities Process and dispense prescriptions accurately. Counsel customers on medications and health concerns. Administer immunizations and participate in community outreach programs. Guide pharmacy staff on customer service and ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD; valid pharmacy license. Completion of accredited immunization training. Proficiency in pharmaceutical care and best practices. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Adaptability to diverse patient needs and community engagement enthusiasm. Commitment to HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
