About the role The Nursery Administrator is a key point of contact for the Local Authority and for day-to-day communications with parents and carers. You will play a key role within the Nursery, delivering a personal and professional service for parents, members of nursery staff and the Nursery Manager. support the smooth running of the nursery, with particular focus on efficient management of the waiting list and invoicing. This will involve close working with the Nursery management and representatives of the University\'s Finance Department to ensure that invoices and orders are raised in accordance with the University\'s financial regulations. About you Knowledge and understanding of working with budgets and finances is required. You should also be: a good team player with good communication and organisation skills able to maintain administrative systems and records familiar with Microsoft, Word, Excel and Outlook well-organised, methodical, accurate, with excellent attention to detail Further information This is a part-time role working 21.9 hours (0.6 fte) across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
