Licensed Journeyman Plumber – Residential & Light Commercial

Air Solutions is growing, and we’re hiring an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team. We’re looking for a skilled plumber who takes pride in quality work, communicates well with homeowners, and can handle residential and light commercial plumbing service, repair, troubleshooting, and installation.

What You’ll Do

• Perform plumbing service, repair, troubleshooting, and installations
• Work in residential homes and light commercial properties
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide safe, effective solutions
• Repair and install water heaters, faucets, toilets, disposals, fixtures, piping, valves, and related plumbing equipment
• Diagnose leaks, water pressure issues, drainage concerns, and other plumbing problems
• Perform water heater and tankless water heater service and replacement
• Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally to homeowners
• Perform whole-home plumbing evaluations and identify potential safety, efficiency, and reliability concerns
• Ensure all work meets applicable plumbing codes and Air Solutions quality standards
• Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch and management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and company vehicle

What We’re Looking For

• Current Journeyman Plumber license
• Experience in residential service plumbing; light commercial experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of water heaters, fixtures, water distribution, drainage, and plumbing systems
• Ability to explain plumbing issues and solutions clearly to homeowners
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Dependable, motivated, and committed to quality workmanship
• Strong communication and customer service skills
