Base pay range $60.00/hr - $65.00/hr Job Title: Full-Stack Data Analyst / Web App Developer Location: 100% Remote (U.S.-based) Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire About the Role We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Full-Stack Data Analyst / Web App Developer to support our data-driven application initiatives. This hybrid role requires strong analytical thinking, Python development skills, and experience deploying web-based tools on SQL Server environments. You will build and maintain interactive data applications and dashboards that enable key business decisions. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Python and SQL , understands web frameworks like Dash or Flask , and is comfortable working with version control systems like GitHub . You will be expected to write clean, well-documented code, optimize data flows, and contribute to the deployment and performance of Windows-hosted applications. Key Responsibilities Design and deploy web applications using Python (Dash or Flask) Write efficient SQL queries for data analysis, transformation, and reporting Deploy and manage apps on Windows-based SQL Web Servers Use GitHub for version control and collaborative development Collaborate with internal stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights Ensure application scalability, responsiveness, and stability Must-Have Qualifications Strong proficiency in Python , including libraries such as pandas and NumPy Experience with Dash or Flask for building web applications Solid understanding and usage of SQL Hands-on experience deploying web applications on Windows-based SQL Web Servers Proficiency with GitHub for version control Bonus Qualifications Experience with .NET , especially for integration with SQL Server or deployment via IIS Familiarity with Power BI Experience working with GIS formats (e.g., KMZ, shapefiles) Knowledge of Windows Server administration , such as service configuration and task scheduling This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the stack — from data to deployment — in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
