Position Travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist – San Leandro, California. About the Opportunity We are seeking a Skilled Nursing Physical Therapist (PT) to join a quality-driven SNF focused on restoring mobility, independence, and quality of life for short-term rehab and long-term care patients. This role is ideal for clinicians who value 1:1 patient care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and meaningful functional outcomes. New Grad PTs welcome with mentorship available.
