Shift Leader
Culver's of Grand Island is looking to hire new Shift Leaders!
We are looking for leaders with previous experience in quick service restaurants to help lead our crew! Qualified candidates: those with at least 1 year of experience in a quick service restaurant leadership position. Competitive starting pay based on experience and availability! 40 hours plus available: starting pay of $18.50 to $25.00 per hour. If you have a passion for the restaurant industry and desire to serve others, then this job is for you!

Responsibilities:
- Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service
- Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for team members as a coach and mentor to support the development of a high performing team
- Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated passion and leadership
- Strong communication and organization skills
- A genuine smiling personality
- 1 - 2 years of restaurant experience is preferred but will train
