We are seeking empathetic and reliable Caregivers who have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others.  As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing assistance and companionship to individuals who require help with daily activities.

Responsibilities of a Caregiver:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support

• Administer medication reminders and monitor health status as directed by healthcare providers

• Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being

• Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation to appointments if needed

• Document care provided and report any changes in condition to supervising healthcare professionals

• Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure client safety

• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment

Skills and Qualifications of a Caregiver:

• Professional experience as a caregiver preferred but not required

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience by personal or professional means is required

• Compassionate and empathetic attitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow care plans and instructions

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

• Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)

• Experience working in inpatient or teaching hospital environments is advantageous

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients of diverse backgrounds

• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently

• Compassionate attitude with a focus on patient-centered care

• Flexibility to adapt to varying client needs and schedules

• Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
