Your Role:
- Lead painting projects with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain our high standards and safety protocols.
- Perform on-site assessments and provide estimates.
- Address client needs professionally.
- Train apprentices all aspects of the job with proper techniques and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of residential/commercial painting experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Expertise in painting techniques and equipment.
- Valid driver's license; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
- Full-time: $25-30/hr
