Legal Transformation Project Manager

As a Legal Transformation Project Manager, you will lead complex, high-impact programs that transform how Honeywell's Corporate Legal function operates. You will own end-to-end planning, governance, execution, adoption, and measurement for Legal Transformation initiatives spanning process optimization, communications, financial operations, global operating models, and project portfolio management.You will translate Legal priorities into executable roadmaps, align senior cross-functional stakeholders, establish decision and accountability mechanisms, resolve risks and dependencies, and drive measurable outcomes across Honeywell's global legal function. You will report to the Senior Director of Legal Operations and work from Honeywell's Charlotte, NCoffice on a hybrid schedule (up to 2 days a week remote). The role may require occasional coordination across global time zones and limited travel for project, team, or leadership meetings.You will serve as a trusted project and transformation advisor to Legal leadership and partner with HR, Communications, Finance, IT, Procurement, and business stakeholders.
