Machinist - 2nd Shift

Job DescriptionThe Machinist III produces precision parts using machine tools and equipment. This involves measuring workpieces, installing machine parts, and performing quality inspections.ResponsibilitiesEstimate dimensions of workpieces, products, or equipmentMaintain a safe and clean work environmentProduce or repair precision parts using both manual and automated equipment and accurate measurementsSet up, adjust, and operate all of the basic machine tools in order to perform precision machining operationsProgram more complex parts to be machinedMeasure and outline the parts to be machined using various devices and tools in order to obtain accurate dimensionsAssist with design of basic manufacturing fixturesQualificationsExperience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of responsibility.About UsAbout Frontgrade At Frontgrade, we build mission-critical electronics that perform without compromise in the world's most demanding environments, from deep space to national defense.
