Temporary to Direct Hire Administrative Assistant on North Shore of Boston

Administrative Assistant
Back Bay Staffing Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist two busy executives in a growing company on the North Shore of Boston. Tasks and Responsibilities
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
- Answer and manage incoming calls.
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors.
Education and Experience
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software (i.e. MS Office Suite).
- Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
