Position Overview The Product Specialist is a dynamic role focused on establishing the vision and direction through all phases of the product lifecycle. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, this position drives execution in the areas of product strategy, development, and quality enhancement. With opportunities to contribute to impactful projects and deliver innovative solutions, this role offers a chance to shape the future of the product line and make a meaningful difference. What you'll do Develop relationships with cross-functional team members to support product lifecycle activities. Assist in product strategy, development, and quality improvement initiatives. Support project management tasks using tools and prioritization techniques. Participate in new product development processes, including ideation, testing, and documentation. Conduct research to understand trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscape. Collaborate on financial management tasks such as sales reporting and forecasting. Attend quality-focused meetings and contribute to sustaining product improvements. Gather and analyze voice-of-customer data to inform product decisions. All other duties as assigned Who you are Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 0–2 years of experience in data analysis, competitive analysis, product management and project management. Experience or interest in consumer goods, apparel, outdoor products, and other tangible product industries are open to apply. Knowledge of SAP and financial principles. Familiarity with project management tools and processes. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Suite. Ability to analyze and compare competitive data. Strong communication skills (oral and written) with adaptability to various situations. Ability to prioritize and organize multiple assignments across product lines. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
