Clinical DirectorSalmon Surgery Center is a fast-paced, multi-specialty, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) environment committed to producing the highest quality work and experience for patients and their families.Job Summary: The Clinical Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinical areas (including OR and Pre-OP/PACU) and implements process initiatives to improve efficiency of services and patient experience. The Clinical Director will report to the ASC Administrator and will collaborate with them to promote fiscal accountability, develop and revise policies, and evaluate staff performance. BSN or higher degree required.Current Registered Nurse license to practice in the state of WashingtonMust have Perioperative experience2+ years of supervisory experience in the outpatient surgery area.Demonstrates clinical competency, leadership, and teaching capabilities.Physically and emotionally capable of performing responsibilities of positionCurrent certification in BLS and Advanced Cardiac Life Support accredited by AHA.We are part of a much larger team with United Surgical Partners International (USPI).
