Tax Accountant for CPA in Central PhoenixWe are recruiting an experienced Tax Accountant for a CPA in Central Phoenix. This role has a base salary of $80,000 - $105,000 depending on experience.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review individual, business, trust, and corporate tax returnsEnsure accurate and timely filing of all tax documentsConduct tax planning and projections for clients or the organizationResearch and resolve tax issues, staying current with changing regulationsSupervise, train, and mentor junior staff and internsManage client relationships and serve as a key contact for tax mattersProvide support during tax audits and interact with tax authorities as neededIdentify tax-saving opportunities and make recommendations for business/process improvementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's or CPA preferred)3–5+ years of relevant experience in public accounting or taxStrong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations and accounting principlesExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsProficiency with CCH Axcess Tax and ProSystem fx TaxFor immediate consideration, email your resume in a word.doc to Thyra at View email address on click.appcast.io
