DESCRIPTION: Coordinate drivers, trucks and equipment to create capacity, maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service to customers. Reviews and audits driver trip sheets for load accuracy and then enters load information into computer system. Communicate delays, issues, or concerns regarding customer load requests.

DESCRIPTION:

• Talking to drivers multiple times throughout the day for collecting information about the load they are hauling or have hauled.

• Giving drivers information on what delivery they are going to make next, what products they are going to load, where they are going to load it, what supplier/Contract# the driver needs to use, and what time the load is supposed to load and deliver at.

• In-Depth knowledge on what the load requires and making sure that the driver has the right equipment to do the load.

• Helping drivers with specific instructions on how to get to numerous customer locations throughout the Midwest and Canada.

• Hours of Service competence along with using the current ELD website to track assets.

• Using our TMW transportation logistics software to create new loads per customer requests and update cancellations to the team.

• Using our TMW transportation logistics software to pay drivers for ancillary pay such as empty miles, split deliveries, layovers and more.

• Talking to customers professionally and courteously on what loads they want us to haul and letting them know when we can haul it for them and how many pounds we can haul.

• General knowledge of Hazmat products and placards the driver will be using.

• Being able to use a computer proficiently in order to effectively receive loads via fax, emails, or phone calls.

• Taking calls as needed on nights and weekends to keep customers and drivers satisfied.

• Being able to work as a team with a great attitude towards co-workers to efficiently dispatch our fleet of petroleum trucks.

• General conversations in English with dispatchers, customers, and loaders to accommodate their needs.
