ABOUT THE POSITION Flourishing private physical therapy outpatient clinic is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our amazing team of healthcare professionals. We are hiring therapists just out of school all the way up to experienced Clinical Director with very competitive compensation at all levels of experience. For new grads with minimal orthopedic experience, we offer a mentorship program to get you up to speed quickly. We are looking for a therapist who is friendly and enjoys learning in a non‑corporate environment. Your responsibilities will be to provide orthopedic care utilizing all your skills and experience for a raving patient outcome. Our clinic provides physical therapy evaluation and treatment for orthopedic, neurological, post‑operative, balance/gait deficits and postural rehab, including orthotic fitting. We also have wellness services with post‑treatment care, continued strengthening, return to sport, etc. On staff, we have Vestibular/Neuro specialists for patients needing this care. Typical age population ranges from about 7 to 95 years old. The clinic is outfitted with all typical physical therapy equipment, including a high‑end rehabilitation Pilates reformer and Squat rack with multidirectional adjustments. We continue to be the clinic of choice for the South Bay for multiple reasons. We have been open for 20 years, specializing in quality of care and 100% Physical Therapist Owned. We do not micromanage and push productivity like Corporate counterparts, yet provide bonuses as a reward for quality treatment. We are a small close‑knit, diverse staff and enjoy seeing amazing patients having great rapport with the Almaden community and being the preferred choice for most orthopedics care. We have staff with all levels of education and experience and specialize in a variety of different subpopulations including vestibular, TMJ, and orthotic fitting, among others. We offer above competitive pay and allow daily time for documentation. We are located in an area where most staff have a reverse commute, making getting to/from work easier and allow for flexible scheduling. Compensation: $50-$60/hr depending on experience.
