Job Description Join Altera as a Workday Integrations and Reporting Lead! The Workday Integrations and Reporting Lead will own and scale our Workday integration, reporting, and analytics capabilities as we continue to build and optimize our people systems environment as an independent company. Job Details This role will serve as the subject matter expert for Workday integrations, reporting strategy, data governance, and workforce analytics, partnering closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and external vendors to deliver reliable, scalable, and business-focused solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise in Workday integrations and reporting with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable system solutions. This individual will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, supporting operational excellence, and enabling informed decision-making through accurate and actionable workforce data. Salary Range The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.
