* Provide direct patient care under the supervision of our experienced nursing staff, including administering medications, performing wound care, and assisting with ADLs
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
* Monitor and report patient progress, including identifying and addressing any changes or complications
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
