Findlay Hyundai is hiring a Service Advisor! We are seeking top talent with pay to match in the nicest shop and service drive around, to help keep up with our increased service business. We are looking for a rock star service advisor, two - three years dealership experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Establish follow up time
- Communication skills
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Requirements:
- Two - three years dealership experience is highly preferred
- Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Great attitude, honesty, ethical with the highest of integrity
- Previous customer service experience
- Above average energy level
- A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
- Personal and professional integrity
