Job Summary:

Blossom ABA Therapy, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Battlement Mesa, CO. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality therapy services to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our evidence-based approach has been proven to effectively address a range of challenges, including sensory processing, language acquisition, social skills, personal care skills, self-injurious behaviors, and academic mastery.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children with ASD under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based methods to address targeted behaviors

• Collect and record data on client progress, creating accurate and detailed reports for BCBA review

• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and modify treatment plans as needed

• Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment, adhering to Blossom ABA Therapy's policies and procedures

• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent

• Must possess a valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
