Exciting Opportunity for Ar Psychiatric Physician Assistants & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners

Ally Psychiatry is seeking Full-Time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistants to join our inpatient team in Cleveland, AR. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who enjoys acute care psychiatry and values a structured schedule that supports both professional fulfillment and personal time.

Location: Clarksville, AR Type: Full-Time, Part-Time - Inpatient, M-F with one weekend of rounding call a month

Compensation: $125,000+ annually based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide medication management for inpatient populations.

Participate in daily rounding, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, and care teams to ensure high-quality patient care.

Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care coordination.

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

Board Certified PMHNP or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience (or strong mental health background).

Licensed or license-eligible in Arkansas.

Required Arkansas DEA or eligible to obtain.

Comfortable working in an inpatient psychiatric setting.

Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage acute psychiatric presentations.

Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to patient-centered care.
