Full-time and part-time positions do require every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

Minimum qualifications include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred
• Experience working in a person directed care community preferred
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to foster teamwork with fellow care partners
• Ability to complete environmental services duties as needed
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Flexible and positive attitude

Full-time positions are day shift and require every other weekend.
