OSP Supervisor – Albuquerque, NM

About the Role

We need a hands‑on OSP Supervisor to supervise and lead one drill crew and keep daily field work running smooth. If you want steady work, real responsibility, and a chance to move up in the fiber‑optic construction world, this is it.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise a drill crew and keep production on schedule
• Make sure TCP (Traffic Control Plans) are set up correctly each day
• Report daily production and job progress to project management
• Oversee boring, trenching, and cable placement
• Keep the crew working safely and following standards
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers
• Help train new crew members and build a solid team

 

What We’re Looking For

• Some experience in OSP, construction, utilities, or telecom is a plus
• Some leadership or crew‑lead experience preferred
• Able to read maps, prints, and basic construction drawings
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and managing sites
