We’re looking for an SEO Specialist / Growth Guide who’s ready to take ownership of client relationships while continuing to grow their skills. This is a customer-facing role, where you’ll manage a portfolio of smaller Hero accounts—leading strategy, communication, and execution with support from senior team members. Compensation $35,000 – $42,000 (Base + Performance Bonuses) Performance-based bonuses Growth path into higher-level roles Profit-sharing opportunities Full benefits package Responsibilities Own the Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact for your Heroes; Lead monthly strategy and reporting calls; Build trust and long-term partnerships Drive Strategy: Conduct basic SEO audits and research; Develop and present clear growth plans; Identify opportunities to improve performance Execute & Deliver: Implement on-page and technical SEO updates; Support content and campaign execution; Perform hands‑on website updates Track & Improve: Monitor rankings, traffic, and leads; Deliver monthly reports; Adjust strategies based on performance Success Criteria Strong Hero relationships and retention Consistent SEO and lead improvements Clear, confident communication with clients Reliable execution and follow-through Role Details Manage smaller, lower‑complexity Hero accounts Work closely with senior Growth Guides for support Full‑time role (40 hours per week) Must be available during standard business hours in the Eastern Time Zone (EST) Fully remote Qualifications 2-3 years of SEO or digital marketing experience 3+ years in a customer‑facing role Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients Understanding of SEO fundamentals (on‑page, technical, local) #J-18808-Ljbffr Markinuity
