Associate Attorney

Overview Insurance defense firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join our team. We have offices in Sacramento, Los Angeles, and Redding and are experiencing tremendous growth. We represent a variety of nationally recognized companies in the areas of Bodily Injury, Transportation, Construction, and Premises Liability. This is a great opportunity for attorneys looking to grow their career and lay down some roots with our firm. We welcome candidates throughout California and can offer in-office, hybrid, or fully remote work options. Responsibilities / Qualifications Qualified applicants must possess excellent analytical and writing skills. The ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude is a must. This is a great ground floor opportunity for the right candidate to grow with us. Candidates should possess 2+ years of civil litigation experience, can work independently, and have strong communication skills. Compensation We offer a competitive salary package ranging from $90k to $160k depending on level of experience. We also offer a bonus structure. Salary can be negotiable depending on level of experience.
