Leave Programs Specialist

SOSi is seeking a Leave Administrator to join our Reston, VA team. You will manage end-to-end leave workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with HR, Payroll, and Legal to support government contracting staffing. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and at least two years of leave administration experience, with strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and USERRA.
