Maintenance Custodian Associate

Position Summary Maintenance Custodian Associate at Sam's Club Base Pay Range $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr Responsibilities Maintain parking lot, restrooms, floors, and overall facility cleanliness. Operate cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, sweepers) and respond to spills. Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, and report unsafe conditions. Adhere to housekeeping procedures for handling hazardous materials. Practice positive customer service to provide a great first and last impression. Support environmental sustainability efforts by disposing of waste properly. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to work entire shift on feet in a physically demanding environment. Comfortable with fast‑paced and changing work scenarios. Strong focus on member satisfaction.
