ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

Required Experience 8–10 years of overall IT experience Strong experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Experience in HRSD and ITSM modules Strong understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices Knowledge of Case Management and Knowledge Management best practices and design Experience with integrations using REST APIs and Web Services Hands-on ServiceNow scripting experience PowerShell coding experience Preferred Skills Experience designing and/or implementing HR Shared Services solutions Experience integrating ServiceNow with external HR systems such as SuccessFactors Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities Implement and support ServiceNow HRSD solutions Design and develop integrations with external systems Work closely with stakeholders to understand HR process requirements Configure and customize HRSD workflows and case management solutions Support knowledge management and shared services initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
