Senior Program Strategy Lead, Self-Serve & Modernization

Dell Technologies is seeking a Senior Consultant in Round Rock, Texas, to lead the strategic direction of our self-serve portfolio across product, voice, web and portal channels. You will own the annual operating plan and drive modernization while coordinating across engineering, product, and support leadership. You will direct consultant-level program managers, define success metrics, and present executive-ready strategy and business cases to senior leadership.
