Respiratory Care Practitioner

Job Description Respiratory Care Practitioner at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is Per‑Diem and works 12‑hour variable shifts. An RCP II is an RCP who has acquired the Registered Respiratory Therapist credential (RRT) from the National Board of Respiratory Care. The RCP II will provide routine, emergent and critical (adult and neonatal ICU) respiratory care to the area of assignment under the direction of Respiratory Care Management. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited college in Respiratory Therapy. Training specific to area of assignment. California Respiratory Care Practitioner License upon hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association, upon hire. National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association, within 90 days of hire. National Provider PALS – American Heart Association, within 90 days of hire. National Provider NRP – American Academy of Pediatrics, within 90 days of hire. Experience in an acute (routine and critical) respiratory care setting.
