Senior Recruiter

AET is a Nevada-chartered trust company and IRS-approved nonbank trustee specializing in self-directed IRA custody for alternative assets. We serve RIAs, family offices, fintech platforms, and deal sponsors through our investor portal, business portal, and API. We have over $2.5B in assets under custody and are growing; we need someone who can help us build the team to match. The Role We're hiring a Senior Recruiter to own recruiting across the company. This is not a "post and pray" role. You'll be actively researching, identifying, and reaching out to people who aren't looking for a job yet, and convincing them that AET is worth their attention. Day to day, you will: Source and engage passive candidates through direct outreach, networking, and creative research Own job postings, inbound resume review, and candidate pipeline management Conduct initial screening interviews and make informed recommendations on who moves forward Partner directly with hiring managers to define what great looks like for each role Build recruiting processes that scale as the company grows Who You Are You have 4+ years of recruiting experience, with meaningful time spent as an in-house recruiter (not exclusively agency). You've recruited for a company that people hadn't necessarily heard of, which means you know how to sell an opportunity, not just fill a seat. You understand that great candidates often need to be found and persuaded, not just filtered from a stack of applications. Agency experience is fine and even valued; what matters is that you've also sat inside a company, understood its culture from the inside, and recruited with that context. You're smart, resourceful, and genuinely curious about what makes people tick. You take sourcing seriously as a craft, not a checkbox. #J-18808-Ljbffr
