Qualifications:

• Solid work ethic, good communication skills, and a team player are necessary.
• Possess the ability to follow instructions and work alone or with a team.
• Experience operating farm and construction equipment.
• Have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Some mechanical skills and knowledge of equipment are needed.
• Equipment experience with GPS / Variable Rate with record keeping is a plus!

Job Description:

The Padlock Ranch Company is a diversified cow-calf, farm, and feedlot operation. The primary responsibilities of the farm equipment operator are the operation of equipment used from pre-planting through harvesting of hay, corn, and annual crops. The duties of the position vary with seasons and the needs of the operation. The ability to adapt to change and have a good attitude are essential. During the off-season, feed truck driving, hauling of ag products, and equipment maintenance are performed. There are good schools located within the community. There are lots of outdoor activities including camping, hiking, fishing, hunting, etc.
