Clinical Research Associate

We are seeking committed, skilled, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as an experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA). This is a full-time position for candidates with at least one year of monitoring experience in the clinical research field.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and select study sites for clinical trials.
• Perform regulatory and ethics committee submissions.
• Monitor clinical studies to ensure compliance with protocols.
• Manage site activities and local safety reporting as needed.

Essential Skills:

• At least one year of clinical trials monitoring experience.
• University degree in life science.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Computer competency.
• Position requires up to 50%-60% travel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in clinical research, clinical trials, pain management, and oncology.
• Experience in CRO, Pharma, and Clinical Monitoring.

Work Environment:

The position offers remote work opportunities with occasional onsite visits. The role requires a significant amount of travel, up to 50%-60%, allowing for flexibility and autonomy in managing work schedules.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $85.00 - $95.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
