Job Summary This position will be primarily a daytime role, but may be some nights if needed. Weekend availability is required. The house person will be responsible for: Stripping Rooms Making Beds Doing Laundry Covering Public Areas when Needed Doing Stayover Cleaning Benefits Medical and Dental Insurance PTO Competitive Pay 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Life Insurance Disability Insurance Hotel Room Discounts Ongoing Training and Career Development Responsibilities Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas Primary focus is public spaces and ensuring those spaces are cleaned daily. Strip linens & trash from guest rooms Stock closets and housekeeping carts Vacuum, sweep, dust, and clean rooms to hotel standards when needed Refurnish the room with supplies, towels etc. Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous housekeeping experience preferred Attention to detail Previous customer service experience Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed About Us At Regency Hotel Management, hospitality is who we are—and what we do best.
