Sr. Communication Consultant, Knowledge Management

Responsibilities Write and edit high‑quality operational content, ensuring consistency with writing standards and LPL Financial’s brand style and tone. Publish and manage content across multiple platforms for various audience personas; conduct ongoing audits of content to ensure information is accurate and relevant. Manage complex content projects with multiple work streams; coordinate content and communication strategy discussions with key project stakeholders. Build strong relationships with departments across the firm to align on content goals and opportunities. Independently manage daily assignments and participate in peer review quality control processes. Leverage analytics to evaluate effectiveness of content and uncover opportunities for improvement. Participate in, and sometimes lead, team, project, and business process meetings. Serve as a content management subject‑matter expert and assist in training teammates. Partner with Technology on user acceptance testing (UAT), test script creation, and troubleshoot defects within content management systems. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Management Information Systems, English, or related field. 3‑5 years of relevant experience in content management, web development, technical writing, or internal communications. Experience with enterprise content management systems and web analytics; experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred. Project management skills with experience leading and supporting projects involving multiple business units. Pay Range and Benefits Pay Range: $76,220.00 - $127,102.00 (Actual base salary varies based on factors such as skill, experience, education, peer salary, performance, and location).
