We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative Consultant to support floor covering sales in our Mount Pleasant showroom. This role combines customer consultation, flooring design, product expertise, and sales support to help clients select the right solutions for their spaces.
Responsibilities
- Conduct showroom sales and customer consultations
- Provide flooring design guidance
- Demonstrate flooring products and features
- Deliver sales presentations
- Prepare accurate customer quotes
- Process flooring orders
- Follow up with clients throughout the sales process
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in flooring sales
- Knowledge of consultative selling and customer relationship management
- Experience or familiarity with interior design, flooring products, and product knowledge
- Skills in sales quoting and visual merchandising
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
