Shift & Schedule: Day | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday – Friday | 8 Hours/Day
Traveler Candidates Required: Yes

Pay Rate: $1,100 – $1,140/week

Position Overview

We are seeking an LVN/LPN to provide clinical support in an outpatient cardiovascular clinic, assist providers with patient care, and support clinic operations across assigned locations.

Required Qualifications

• Active Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient healthcare clinic experience within the last 3 years.

• Strong cardiovascular background preferred.

• Outpatient experience in Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or outpatient clinic settings.

• Must be willing to travel approximately 50% between clinic locations.

• Must be able to verify highest level of education through diploma, official transcripts, or GED.

• National certification and active credential required upon submission for CMA candidates.

• Previous experience in SNF, Corrections, Behavioral Health, LTC, Occupational Health, Dialysis, Home Health, Health Insurance, or Remote Work does not qualify.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical support to physicians and healthcare providers in an outpatient cardiovascular setting.

• Perform patient intake, obtain vital signs, update medical histories, and assist with patient assessments.

• Support cardiovascular clinic workflows and patient care activities.

• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and clinical documentation.

• Perform nursing duties within LVN/LPN scope of practice.

• Educate patients regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.

• Maintain accurate documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

• Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with the healthcare team.

• Support clinic operations across assigned locations.

• Participate in cross-training and adapt to changing clinical needs.

Certifications & Credentials

• Active LVN/LPN License – Required.

• National CMA Certification – Required for CMA candidates.

• Active National Certification upon submission – Required.

• BLS Certification – Preferred.
