Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager

Role Overview Join the Group Digital and Capabilities Division as a Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager, working with an international team to deliver profitable products & services. The role involves training and coaching a Squad to adopt Scrum framework and Agile practices, and ensuring the Squad's adherence to IT Controls. What You Will Do Facilitate team dynamics and ceremonies, ensure the Squad solves problems and follows up on actions, remove impediments, and coach the Squad to be self-organizing and cross-functional. Why It Might Be a Fit The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Scrum Master or Project Manager experience, good knowledge of Agile delivery methods, and strong leadership skills with the ability to adapt to different project partners.
