Bi-Lingual Customer Service Representatives - $22 - $25

We are actively hiring customer service reps with call center experience. If you enjoy providing high-quality service to customers by phone and solving problems than this is a job for you! You will be the front-line for all customer calls, delivering outstanding service and support to all customers. Your primary goal is to answer customer inquiries and solve their issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming telephone calls from customers in a professional manner.
• Answer routine questions regarding a variety of issues and inquiries.
• Answer complex questions by conducting research and involve staff appropriately.
• Investigate and correct errors accurately.
• Document all customer contacts in accordance with established procedures.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Live within 15 miles of our office location
• Positive attitude, team player, and smile, smile, smile.
• Outgoing, high-energy personality.
• Professional appearance
• Bi-Lingual in Spanish
• Flexible and adaptable with a can-do attitude.
