*This role is on-site 5 days a week*.

We are seeking a dedicated Labor Law Attorney to join its expanding litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about representing injured workers in New York Labor Law matters and wants to handle meaningful, high-impact cases from inception through resolution.

The ideal candidate will have experience litigating claims arising under New York Labor Law, including construction accidents involving Labor Law §§ 200, 240(1), and 241(6). Candidates should be comfortable managing cases independently while working collaboratively with a team committed to achieving outstanding results for clients.

Qualifications

• Admission to the New York Bar in good standing
• 2+ years of New York Labor Law litigation experience preferred
• Experience handling construction accident and workplace injury cases
• Strong knowledge of New York Labor Law §§ 200, 240(1), and 241(6)
• Experience with discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations
• Excellent legal writing, advocacy, and client communication skills

What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of New York Labor Law matters from intake through resolution
• Conduct depositions, prepare motions, and oversee all phases of discovery
• Represent clients at court appearances, mediations, and settlement conferences
• Collaborate with experts and develop litigation strategies for complex construction accident cases
• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case progress and legal strategy
• Work closely with attorneys and support staff to secure the best possible outcomes for injured workers
