Client Services Coordinator

We’re hiring a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Family Services Coordinator to join our MetroGuide team at Metro Children’s Services. This is a professional entry‑level position and a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in social services, healthcare, or community‑based work. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for families, helping parents and caregivers understand available services and connecting them to the right support. You’ll gain hands‑on experience communicating with diverse populations, navigating service systems, and coordinating with multiple departments. What you’ll be doing: Answer incoming calls from families and community partners Provide clear, helpful information about our programs Connect callers to the appropriate department or service Help families find outside resources when needed Document calls and follow‑ups accurately Support communication across teams What we’re looking for: Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable handling multiple calls and sensitive situations Organized and detail‑oriented Basic computer skills Applicants who review our website before applying and are familiar with our services will be given priority.
