SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

Duties

You will serve as the principal advisor and direct representative for the Commanding and Executive Officers on all training matters, advise on issues or difficulties that may affect training, operational readiness, or administrative efficiency.

You will analyze Fleet demand signals, operational trends, and future Information Warfare concepts to shape long-range curriculum development, resource allocation, and strategic planning, ensuring training proactively meets emerging requirements.

You will direct a comprehensive instructor qualification, certification, and sustainment program. Oversees the Master Training Specialist (MTS) program, ensuring compliance with all higher headquarters requirements.

You will develop and manage budgets related to training operations, provides technical data for the Program Objective Memorandum (POM), and develops detailed spending plans.

You will serve as primary liaison to Center for Information Warfare Training (CIWT) Headquarters responsible for maintaining an effective working relationship for the purpose of oversight and upholding civilian personnel programs at the command.

You will exercise full managerial authority over the Training Directorate, directing the execution of the training mission through subordinate department heads, site directors, and supervisors.
