Position: Controls Engineer

Location: Mapleton, Illinois

Duration: 12 Months of contract with possible extension

Position’s Contributions to Work Group :

• Provide added bandwidth to team problem solving capabilities
• Able to start catching up on items that are dropping off radars
• Added expertise to the team to be able to use for mentoring associate engineers

Typical task breakdown:

Elevated fault recovery, Controls system documentation, firmware/software upgrades, project support, lead engineer on small-medium sized projects

Education & Experience Required:

• Years of experience: Minimum 5
• Degree requirement: Associate's or Bachelor's with 5+ years, High-School with 7+years

Top 3 Skills:

• Allen-Bradley PLC programming
• HMI programming
• Fanuc robotic programming

Additional Technical Skills:

Control systems engineering knowledge

Functional machine safety design, implementation, and integration
